Where
can I design my very own Purse-onality?
Right now, we only sell our purses at home shows. Send
Judy an email, and she will help you book a party
at your house with your friends and family.
We are hoping to update this website (someday!) so
you can order directly through here. However, we don't
currently have the resources to be able to do that.
We are also in the process of designing purses for
a few shops and boutiques in the philadelphia area.
Once we get that going, we'll be sure to direct you
to those stores.
Where do you find your fabrics?
This is the exciting and fun (and dangerous!) part for
us! We search high and low for our beautiful selection
of fabrics, and we're constantly adding more ... from
this season's latests trends to popular, timeless classics.
We have so many favorite retail locations from Philadelphia's
fabulous Fabric Row to New York City's famed Garment
District. We also have many wholesale websites bookmarked
on the internet. We try to find as many inexpensive
options as possible to fill our standard fabric books
and keep the cost of your purse as low as possible.
However, we do have many options in our premium and
ultra premium books for those extra special fabrics
for evening bags and fun splurges!
Can I view a price list or catalog for your purses?
We are changing our styles and updating our inventory
all the time, so it would be much too much work for
us to keep a catalog up to date. We don't list our prices
because there are so many things you can put into your
Purse-onality to make it your own.
We can say that wallets and accessories start at $10,
and purses start at $40. But beyond that, we can't get
too specific.
How is my purse made?
Judy and her staff hand-cut and sew everything
our customers design and create; nothing is outsourced.
Judy takes pride in her work, and she personally reviews
every item to make sure it meets her high standards
of quality excellence. We know how much thought and
effort you put into designing the perfect purse, so
we want to make sure it meets, and hopefully exceeds,
your expectations.
How should I care for my purse?
You may spray fabrics with a protective spray, such
as Scotch-Guard, to keep your purse looking clean and
new.
Depending on the fabric, you can spot-clean
it or throw it in the washing machine. Be sure to always
use cold water because hot water can encourage fading
and shrinking. If you have bamboo or plastic handles,
make sure to remove them first. Once you take it out
of the washing machine, be sure to push out the corners
to help restore its original shape. Do not put your
purse in the dryer since many of the cottons may shrink
and the interfacing may twist.
Will you place your logo on my purse?
Our goal is for all of our customers to absolutely love
their creations, which is why we feel confident enough
to put the Purse-onality label on the outside. Our label
is not for advertisement purposes. If it was, then it
would be much larger with much more information on it!
It's because Judy is very proud of the work she does,
the quality and excellence of her staff, and all the
hard work and creativity that her customers put into
their creations. Your purse is only a very small reflection
of her and our company; it is a much larger reflection
of you and your personality.
If, however, you want your logo to be placed on the
inside of your purse, please make sure to tell Judy
when you place your order. It is, afterall, your Purse-onality!
What is your return policy?
Due to the uniqueness of custom-made purses, we regret
that we can not return your purse. We hope that since
you are creating the purse specific to your needs and
your personality, you should never want to return it
anyway!
